Studio Policies & Info

• New clients must take a Stretch and Tone class first before the other class formats will be unlocked for them.

• Doors unlock 10 minutes prior to class.

• Grip socks are required for all of our classes. These are sold at the studio, or you can also bring your own.

• Parking: The studio has on street parking and 5 labeled spaces in the lot behind the studio.

• To avoid a late cancel charge, please cancel your reservation online 24 hours prior to class start time. If you late cancel within the 24 hour window, you will be charged a $15 fee, but your session will be returned to you. If you no show/no call, you will be charged a $15 fee, and your session will be taken from you.

• Monthly memberships can be canceled after the six month commitment 7 days prior to your next bill date via physically filling out the termination paperwork which can be provided to you in studio by the owner or manager.

• Please arrive on time. The doors will stay unlocked 5 minutes after the start of class, but after that you are out of luck.

• The waitlist is first come first serve. When a space opens up in class, the waitlist will get a message notifying them - whoever puts themself in first gets the spot.

• There is a 2 person minimum for all classes. If there is only one person signed up for class, that class will be cancelled 45 minutes prior to the start time. If there is no one signed up for class, that class will be cancelled 90 minutes prior to the start time.

• All sales are final. There are no returns.

• If your late cancel/ no show fee is declined, your pricing option will be paused, and you will not be allowed access to classes or sessions until it is paid. Any time lost on packages due to debt settlement pauses will not be given back.

• Use of the studio space, equipment, or branding for the promotion of outside businesses, products, or services is not permitted without prior approval.

• Must be 18+ to attend class. Please contact the studio if you would like to set up a private or semi-private session for a client under 18.

• Our studio is a space for encouragement, respect, and community. Gossip, negative talk, or unkind commentary about clients, instructors, or the studio does not align with the environment we are committed to creating. To protect the integrity of this space. we reserve the right to refuse service or discontinue a client’s participation if behavior does not align with these values.
